It is not often you hear someone in a casual conversation mention their low good cholesterol (HDL). In fact, I can't remember a single moment where a parent or a friend of mine it grew. On the hand, there are many discussions covering the many facets of bad cholesterol.
What is good cholesterol
HDL consists mainly of proteins and lipoproteins worldwide is regarded as very lean. These molecules have little fat they seek excess cholesterol and other fats and oils and make sure they are transported out of the body by solid waste or bile. Most studies suggest that if a person has 1 good cholesterol molecule for each 2.5 bad cholesterol molecules their overall cholesterol level is considered to be heart healthy.
How a bad to healthy cholesterol to get out of whack?
In fact it may happen quite easily. The obvious reason would consume a diet that is too rich in saturated fats and cholesterol. But while our reports overturned inclination, the perceived cholesterol would have little to do with why we might be struggling with low good cholesterol.
What factors have shown cause low good cholesterol?
Lack of exercise: one can sneaks up on almost anyone, until one day our health began to deteriorate just before our eyes. As we grow older other priorities take precedence over daily exercise. We no longer has to perhaps have someone to exercise we now focus on our children and our great; children We are at ease in our relations. our energy levels aren't what they used to be. or perhaps even our schedules caused by hard financial times leave little motivation or energy to exercise. In other words we slip comes slowly in a State of inactive, which in its turn produced low good cholesterol and increases the chances of having a heart attack or stroke.
Packing on the pounds: weight gain produced a book at a time until one day a person wakes up is to find an excess of average weight. This also tilted negative way cholesterol ratios and reduces the good cholesterol.
Smoking: Smokers are between 2 and 4 times more likely to have a heart attack or a stroke than non-smokers. Also, it damages the arteries, limit HDL (good) cholesterol and raise LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Other factors that may contribute to low levels of HDL cholesterol are heavy drinking, eating foods rich in fatty acids trans, stress levels still high after only enough to sleep and consuming a high protein unbalanced, high fat diet-saturated.
Turning the tables on the good low cholesterol by supplementation
Supplementation alone will be enough but along the diet and exercise, they can help. Three supplements that my family and I use to enable tables low good cholesterol are supplements of vitamin B, Omega-3 fish oil rich and cholesterol reduction products containing oil policosanol and lecithin.
